You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription settings on your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.
-The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period, you will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product.
-You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through your Account Settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.
-Payment will charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription to that publication is purchased
Bundles of single issues can be also be bought within the application. To use purchased credits, simply click on the issue price and select ‘use credit’. This allows you to purchase back issues at reduced prices.
Users can register for/ login to a pocketmags account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.
We recommend loading the app for the first time in a wi-fi area so that all issue data is retrieved.
If your app will not load past the splash page after a first install or an update please delete and reinstall the app from the App Store

It could be "user error" and Im not using the app correctly. But so far, I was able to download a copy of the magazine (which, as a subscriber to the print version, Id read) and cant figure out how to access articles or use the site. WIll play with it but if it doesnt become easier, it will be deleted and Il have lost the money. Not a huge sum -- just frustrating.
While the literary content of this publication is engaging and thought provoking, the application is buggy and frustrating. Downloads of new editions are painfully slow. Often it seems the magazine server is just non-responsive. There are many times when any download at is impossible. The application itself is prone to hang-ups and crashes. Generally when this has happened the only fix seems to be to delete the app and reinstall and subject yourself to torture of re-downloading the content. I am frustrated enough to not wish to continue my subscription.
Good scholarship and solid writing; however, the purchase you make for $1.99 is only for a link to their news-stand. You will eventually have to purchase separate issues. That is not a problem, of course; the problem is when you click on the issue you are curious about, youre not warned of an eminent purchase and you have spent $4.99 before you know. Other sites offer indexes of content prior to purchase. Visiting this app has cost me $7.00. Thank you Moment Magazine, for a very sour taste. I deleted your link and never even read the accidentally downloaded issue: Enjoy my ill begotten money.
Informed, thought-provoking articles, but issues disappear and cant be restored. Then the app tries to sell you the same issues again. I wasted my subscription money.
